Quantity Surveyor in Wolverhampton - Advance TRS

Quantity Surveyor needed for Irish Tier 1 Main Contractor in Wolverhampton
Company: Irish Tier 1 main contractor with a £1bn turnover across the UK. They have offices in Northern Ireland, Scotland, Midlands, and London
Role: Quantity Surveyor working within a larger team of QS's reporting into a Commercial Manager.
Project: £40m university extension / refurbishment working on a JCT contract
Duties:
Procurement of materials and subcontractors
Applications of payment
Managing subcontractors / labour
Raising early warnings and managing CE's
Measuring and pricing variations
Completing monthly CVR's
Getting involved with client liaison
MUST HAVE: JCT contract experience - Preferably Design and Build also.
