Our client handles pre-litigated and litigated EL/PL cases for various insurer clients, including major players in leisure and retail, alongside commercial insurance work such as property damage.
Role summary
Job Title: Litigation Executive / File Handler / Fee Earner
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £25,000 - £29,000
Work Pattern: 1 day in office / 4 days WFH
Reports to: Team Leader
Experience: Prior EL/PL and/or property damage claims experience preferred, though candidates with other file handling expertise will also be considered.
Responsibilities
Manage a caseload covering EL/PL, product liability, and property damage claims, with quantum up to £50,000.
Allocate new claims and devise strategies for efficient resolution.
Provide supervision, mentorship, and training for junior staff.
Contribute to client review meetings and project work.
Strong communication and client relationship skills are essential.
