If so, we’ve a fantastic opportunity within our Construction business for an ambitious and talented Senior Building Services Manager to join us in our Northeast and Cumbria area.

About the Role

Joining us as a Senior Building Services Manager you’ll be responsible for supporting the Technical Team and manage the various M&E related subcontractors through their CDP design development, site installation and commissioning, you’ll ensure all works are fully coordinated and delivered in accordance with the contract programme.

About You

With previous experience as a senior building services manager you will be qualified in mechanical and/or electrical disciplines. You will have a full understanding of detailed M&E procedures and will have a good level of technical and professional expertise. You will have the ability to understand and review M&E designs, installation and commissioning programme.

Experience of working on Educational, Healthcare, or leisure schemes between £10 and £40 million working as part of larger delivery teams would be advantageous.

A full UK driving licence is essential.
