The college is looking for an enthusiastic Personal Progress Mentor to join their talented team of educators. They need to be motivated and enthusiastic towards getting the best out of their learners through a detailed approach in 1:1 learning and development. They also need to be able to deliver high quality group mentoring by monitoring attendance performance and progress. The Personal Progress Mentor must have a strong background working with young people and have the capacity to work under pressure without supervision. They need to be compassionate and caring in order to assist students with their educational needs.

Successful Personal Progress Mentor will have:

GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English or equivalent

A Minimum of 2 A Levels or equivalent

Experience working with young people
