Finance Manager in London - Pearson Whiffin Recruitment Ltd

Due to their continuous growth, my client has a newly created opening for a qualified Finance Manager to join their reputable organisation based in South Kent.
Duties will include:
Management of two direct reports
Development of annual budgets and forecasts
Thorough analysis of financial data including budget variances
Presenting findings to management
Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
Evaluation of accounting systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
Participate in the development of strategic and long-term financial plans
The successful candidate will:
Be CIMA / ACCA / ACA Qualified
Have previous experience in a similar role
Have experience supporting and training a team
Be confident in bringing in new ideas and improvements
Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
