gap technical are proud to be representing an engineering business in their search for a Press Brake Operator/Setter to work across their facility based in Burnley
Performance Objectives
The ideal candidate will come from a fabrication/sheet metal background and ideally proficient in the use of Amada Press brakes although related experience will also be considered.
Be able to set and operate the Press Brake Machinery
Competent reading and working from technical drawings.
Be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Competent working to time limits
Be able to prioritise workload.
Confident performing quality checks and reporting defects to management
