Are you an experienced Nursing Home Manager looking for a new role in the London? We are assisting a national provider in finding a full-time Turnaround Manager to cover both nursing homes and residential homes in the area. The role comes with a salary of £57,000 plus an attractive benefits package, including:

As a Turnaround Manager, you'll be working in Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. You will be responsible for:
Developing and implementing strategic plans to improve operational efficiency, enhance resident care, and elevate staff morale.
Running an entire home when a Home Manager is absent or when we're recruiting for a new one.
Evaluating current processes and identifying areas for improvement, implementing innovative solutions to enhance the overall quality of service.
Providing mentorship and support to staff, empowering them to reach their full potential and deliver exceptional care.
Contributing to turning around the standards of care for homes that are non-compliant.
To apply for this Turnaround Manager role, you will need relevant nursing qualifications. You will also require the following:
Experience in turning around services through CQC inspections
NMC Pin is desirable but not essential
Experience working in a team with dementia, nursing, residential, and specialist care home services.
At least 5 years' experience working as a home manager in more than one care home.
