About the Role
In this role as an Assistant Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the oversight of all plants grown for this landscaping and maintenance business. As a Grower, you'll spearhead and manage the 26-acre Nursery, ensuring the smooth execution of production and operations to meet the demands of the nursery. Working day in day out to produce some of the finest quality plants.
About our Client
This exciting new position is at our expanded nursery site, with over 6,000 unique plant varieties. Here, you'll play a unique role in supplying plants for the entire business, contributing to the growth and success.
The Ideal Candidate
To thrive in this role, you'll bring production experience in a Nursery environment, demonstrating profitability and production success. Ideally also bringing your PA1 and PA6 spray certificates along with a fork lift licence, but don't worry if you don't have these, it's not essential.
