Job Title: Business Analyst- Electronics Engineering Division
Location: Fully Remote (UK)
Rate: Negotiable
Contract: 6 Months, with extension.

Role Description: They are currently seeking a motivated individual to join their Electronics Engineering Division. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the development and completion of projects, supporting all of our scrum teams.
Responsibilities:
Translate business/functional requirements into technical specifications.
Collaborate closely with Project Managers and key stakeholders to understand project priorities.
Work with Solution Architects and Technical Product Owners to develop backlogs supporting project requirements.
Develop user stories for agile team backlogs, leveraging SAFe principles.
Challenge stories and backlog items created by the Product Owner for technical feasibility.
Provide guidance on technical requirements to developers and act as a point of contact for questions.
Foster a culture of relentless improvement.
Coach teams and provide training on SAFe ways of working and best practices.
Requirements:
Must be from a Hardware/Firmware background with strong experience in Scaled agile framework (SAFe).
Relevant experience in a business analyst role.
Proven technology portfolio and project management skills.
Previous experience in managing multiple scrum teams.
Demonstrated ability to organise and direct multiple teams and departments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Versatile, dedicated to efficiency and productivity.
Ability to influence and lead people through change.
IT consulting experience with a focus on software and firmware development.
Success in a requirements engineering role.
Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions.
