What will you be doing?
• You will be responsible for all operational decisions and have a primary focus on delivering projects,
• Conducting regular project reviews,
• Developing and implementing resource management strategies,
• Leading and motivating team members.

What will you need?
§ Strong knowledge of NEC 4 contracts,
§ Excellent understanding of operational performance drivers,
§ Experience of developing and executing an Operations Strategy in complex delivery contracts,
§ Understanding of highly regulated industries,
§ Must be a UK born national.
