At a veterinary surgery, Our client offers an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic veterinary surgeons seeking a new challenge. The practice provides a convenient base for those commuting from nearby cities such as Manchester and Birmingham. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team comprising 3 vets, 3 RVNs, 1 SVN, and 4 receptionists, under the leadership of experienced partners. With a combined 37 years of veterinary experience, the partners prioritise creating a supportive environment where colleagues can thrive. Responsibilities:

* Conduct veterinary consultations independently, demonstrating confidence and competence

* Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive veterinary care

* Manage and prioritise caseload effectively, ensuring timely completion of tasks

* Contribute to practice operations, including administrative duties and team meetings

Requirements:

* Veterinary degree qualification

* Demonstrable experience in veterinary practice, preferably in a solo capacity

* Strong clinical skills and ability to manage a diverse caseload

* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team

* Commitment to continuing professional development and willingness to pursue further qualifications
