Job Title: Hospitality Assessor / Trainer (Trainee or Qualified)

Full training and support willbegiventocandidatestoachieve the Level 3 Award in Education and Training
Location: Home/Field based - Must be flexible with travel throughout Cambridgeshire and surrounding areas
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 - Depending on qualifications

Essential Criteria:
Must have experience of working within Front of House and Back of House in a Pub, Restaurant or Hotel setting (Front of House experience must be at Deputy level).
Must hold an NVQ Level 2 or above in Hospitality (for exampleany of the following:Professional Cookery, Food Production,Food andBeverage, Reception, Housekeeping).
Full driving licence and use of own vehicle.
Must be flexible with travel.
Duties include:
Delivering full Apprenticeship Standards in Hospitality up to Level 3, across Back of Houseand Front of House specialisms.
Deliveringvia a blended learning approach(Remote/online delivery and some face-to-facelearning).
Managing your diary efficientlytoensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
Support,advise and motivate learners.
Overcome barrierstolearning andadapt deliverytomeet learners needs.
Meet Assessor KPIs in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and generaladministration.
Personal Skills:
Organisational skills are a must, as well as the abilitytoplan your time effectively.
Confident and professional with the abilitytoinspire and motivate people.
