Position Description / ResponsibilitiesDuties of the Trainer include:Provide customized training in accordance with the client needsProvide advice on training content and delivery (e.g. for course reviews/ proposals)Have an interactive training delivery style incorporating adult learning techniquesCreate a positive learning experience in the classroom by encouraging positive participant engagement and motivation to apply the learningDeliver courses from beginner to advanced level of complexityMastering course content and related courseware, to the required level of certificationDemonstrate specialist knowledge in assigned curricula areasProvide guidance and support to trainees and /or internal team as appropriateRegularly review and evaluate training to ensure quality training and continuous improvementRegularly provide course feedback and discuss student expectations to the Training Lead and recommend improvement of courseware from a content and/or delivery perspectiveUpskill in new technologies and develop training skills as per performance management and training development planConduct QA assessments in a timely manner to meet client requirementsMaintain relevant assessment documentation and recordsPromote Accenture Learning services and client's educational servicesDemonstrate excellent teamworkContribute to service quality and value-add initiatives as requiredShift work and / or night work may be expected depending on changes in business requirements.Job QualificationsJob Qualifications
