Job Title: Care Home Manager (Nursing)
Location: Holt, Norfolk
Salary: £80,000 per year
Employment Type: Permanent, Days

Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the home, ensuring compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations and legislation.
Provide high-quality care and support to residents while meeting financial targets and maintaining full occupancy.
Maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including professionals, families, and visitors.
Requirements:
Previous experience managing a nursing home.
Good working knowledge and a proven record of CQC standards, aiming towards achieving Outstanding.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain relationships at all levels.
Proven marketing and business skills within the private care sector, running a commercially successful, good, or outstanding rated care home.
Enthusiasm and passion for developing high levels of person-centred care.
Ability to actively participate in the growth and development of the care service.
Qualifications:
NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience (desirable but not essential).
