RMN Lead Nurse in Preston - Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd

Work as Clinical Lead Nurse within a nursing and dementia nursing home in Preston, Lancashire. You will be working within a beautiful, luxury nursing service rated as Good with the CQC. We are looking for an RMN Registered Nurse with substantial dementia / mental health, and elderly care experience for this role. The Lead Nurse position is full time, working 2 x supernumerary shifts 8am - 4pm, and 2 x 12 hour clinical shifts leading on the floor from 8am-8pm. The salary is £47,500 working 40 hours per week.
As RMN Lead Nurse, you will support the Deputy and Home Manager in the following areas;
Training and development of staff
Incident and accident follow ups
Supervisions on the floor
Management of the nursing and care team
We are looking for an experienced RMN who can lead by example, make decisions independently; and be confident working with dementia nursing residents.
