Salary: £46,000 per year + Benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday on a shift rota basis

We are looking for an extraordinary manager with a commitment to high quality support and focus on personalisation to join us as a Registered Manager for a large Residential home for 12 Adults.
As the Registered Service Manager, you will be required to: Manage all aspects of running the home including but not limited to supervision of staff, rotas, care planning, quality assurance, legislation and regulations, training and coaching, budget and finances management.
Work together with the person and their support network to deliver high-quality, safe support via a skilled and knowledgeable team.
Manage, report, escalate, and respond to, any safeguarding concerns in line with policy and procedures.
Support SeeAbilitys reputation through understanding and being involved in in your local community. Actively promote the work of SeeAbility and your home/s to local organisations, groups, commissioners, and others
Safeguard people by creating a culture of openness and empowerment. Involve the people you support, your team, and others in making decisions.
Demonstrate the ability to represent the organisation in an appropriate and professional manner in all internal and external contact and relationships.
Ensuring that delivery hours contracted by funding authorities are fulfilled in a manner that both maximises the quality of support and is delivered in the most cost-effective manner.
Create a people focused environment and opportunities within your home/s which supports people to live, love, thrive and belong through access to the rights and opportunities available to everyone

About You Level 5 Leadership and Management in Health & Social Care (orequivalent) or willingness to undertake.
Experience supporting people with learning disabilities, behaviours that challenge and/or sight loss
Management level experience within the social care sector (understanding and application of relevant legislation, statutory guidance and CQC regulations)
Effective budget and resource management skills
A minimum of 2 years experience in social care management (residential care or supported living) within the last 5 years
Demonstrable experience of Safeguarding legislation and processes relating to Vulnerable Adults.
Exemplaryleadership that develops high performing teams through a coaching and collaborative approach to embed the Values of Seeability.
Excellent communication skills, Experience of building positive working relationships with people we support and their families, staff and other health and social care professionals.
