Job Title: Solicitor or Legal Executive - Private Client Department

The Role:
As a key member of our Private Client team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality legal services while contributing to the growth and reputation of our firm. Key responsibilities include:
Providing comprehensive legal services to clients, ensuring satisfaction and seeking support from team members when necessary.
Actively promoting the department and firm both internally and externally.
Maintaining the firm's excellent reputation through efficient service delivery.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess:
At least 3 years of experience handling a full caseload in private client matters.
Membership in ACTAPS and/or STEP (preferred but not essential).
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
Proven track record of meeting billing and fee earning targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to market services internally and externally.
Professionalism, organization, and a proactive attitude towards personal and professional development.
