The role of the Estimator Flat Roofing Systems will involve:
Estimator position producing estimates for a high quality range of flat roofing projects
Review project specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work
Producing accurate and detailed quotations to clients
Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
Regularly liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather relevant information for estimating purposes
Build and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors
Attending pre-contract meetings and progress meetingswith clients
Prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met
Estimating for projects ranging in value from £1k to £1m
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator Flat Roofing Systems with:
Must have Estimator experience in the roofing market sector
Ideally will have estimating experience in the flat roofing sector dealing with liquid applied, hot melt and felt roofing systems
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Full UK driving license
IT literate (Microsoft Office)
Confident and articulate
