Central Employment are delighted to be working with a leading and award winning Digital Consultancy based in Newcastle. They have a new and pivotal B2B Marketing Manager role, joining their central management team, part of a growing Business Development and Marketing function.
This is an onsite/FT role in central Newcastle, so you must be able to commute on a daily basis.
They're looking for an enthusiastic, collaborative and strategic Marketing Manager to join the team, taking ownership of all Marketing, Communications/PR activities, working collaboratively with other key internal stakeholders.
B2B Marketing Manager attributes:
A strategic thinker who is interested in understanding the business, the sector and the clients
A self-starter with an eye for detail who can help communicate what do, how they do it, and what makes them special.
An internal journalist with a curiosity for great stories and how to craft them.
Someone who gets just as excited about executing the detail as they do about the big ideas.
A balanced mind-set; with the confidence to champion ideas coupled with the flexibility to consider alternative approaches.
A creative and collaborative team player who will be a positive addition to the vibrant studio culture.
Experience & Skill-Set Required:
3+ yrs in B2B Marketing focused
Operated within the Technology, Digital or Marketing sector
Can deliver the companies full marketing vision/potential
The ability to devise, implement and execute a full marketing & PR plan, across the full marketing mix and funnel
B2B campaign led, proficient in Digital Marketing and Social Media strategy
Metrics and insights driven, with a strong creative mind-set
Can market new digital services into new markets and verticals.
