Job Description
I am working with a social housing provider who is actively recruiting for a Planned Maintenance Surveyor in the Birmingham area. The Planned Maintenance Surveyor will be responsible for kitchen and bathroom surveys. The role offers a hybrid working approach, business mileage and a generous company pension.

Planned Maintenance Surveyor duties:
Carry out kitchen and bathroom surveys
Prepare detailed specifications and schedules of works.
Supervise projects during the contract works phase, including any Clerk of Works employed on the project, ensuring the contractor achieves the agreed contract and quality performance measures.
Assisting with periodic validation of the key assumptions including, Decent Homes compliance, element age and remaining lifecycles of key building components to ensure all information in Citizen's Asset Management database is accurate.
What is required for the role:
Experience carrying out Kitchen and Bathroom surveys
Experience of carrying out stock condition and validation surveys
Knowledge of Planning and Building Regulations
Experience of developing specifications of work from inception and providing effective solutions to meet the customer's requirements.
Knowledge and understanding of the legislative frameworks applicable to the building/construction and social housing sectors for example PAS 2030 and PAS 2035
