Full-time
Salary: £21,000 - £24,000 basic per annum + £1,200 pa Performance Bonus
Working Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week
Holidays: 21 days holidays (increasing to 23 days after 1 years service) plus bank holidays
We are looking for a Customer Loyalty Specialist to join our new move team here in Newcastle. You will be working as part of a big diverse team.
Main Responsibilities :
Ensure a superior customer experience in all interactions.
Manage incoming calls related to move requests and coordinate the necessary services.
Conduct outbound calls to address any pending move requests.
Follow up with customers through outbound calls to ensure satisfaction.
Cultivate new leads from customers vacating their properties.
Promote engagement with potential customers by showcasing our products and services.
What we are looking for:
6-12 months experience in customer service / call centre environment.
Customer oriented, genuine passionate about customers' security and safety.
Ability to multitask effectively whilst keeping a high level of service quality.
Excellent communication skills with problem solving attitude.
Strong computer and MS office skills
Hard working and willing to embrace new opportunities in the short and long term.
Team player, with a willingness to join an already successful team environment
