Our Clientisgrowing its Digital offering and is looking for a Business Architect / Consultant in a client facing role supporting customer's digital journey. Permanent, full-time position based from offices in Birmingham but with client travel locally, frequency of which is dictated to by the client project and necessity
This opportunity is well suited to a junior consultant looking for a new challenge. You will be working alongside senior Architect consultants on a wide variety of Digital Transformation programmes within a diverse client base that can encompass Public and Private sectors.
You will also have access to technical training and support internally to grow your knowledge and skill base and ultimately your career.
Key tasks within the role include:
Working in cross-functional teams to develop insight and the key drivers for change.
On a day-to-day basis, working on specific programs and projects to deliver high-quality value-driven outcomes for our clients.
Championing stakeholders' needs, ensuring development is aligned with their requirements and business goals.
Developing Business Models and options to reflect the business strategy.
Developing Operating Models, detailing the complex changes of people, process, information, and technical landscape.
Developing Roadmaps collaborating with project delivery and ensuring that the implementation reflects the strategic intent.
Helping to research the key disruptive technologies of the future and how these will impact customers.
Experience being sought includes:
Experience in Enterprise or Business Architecture methodology (TOGAF, Agile Architecture, BIZBOK), languages (ArchiMate, BPMN and UML) and tools (BiZZdesign and Sparx).
Experience of working in an agile environment.
Working collaboratively with senior stakeholders in technology-led transformation programs, across strategy, business design and change management..
Analysing complex problems, designing innovative solutions, and communicating them effectively to a wide range of audiences.
Exemplary stakeholder engagement and management skills.
Experience in facilitating workshops with a wide range of stakeholders.
