Estimator in Portsmouth - Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD

Our client is a specialist joinery and fit-out contractor who focus on the manufacturing and installation of bespoke joinery, fixtures, and fittings for the Retail, Commercial, Hospitality, and Leisure industries. They are looking for an Estimator to join them on a full time, permanent basis working from their Portsmouth office.
Estimator Position Overview
To liaise with clients and their production team to produce working estimates of the project using the information provided in the enquiry alongside the relevant experience and knowledge
To produce high quality detailed analysis of costs and project durations for tender submission.
When on live projects, to monitor costs and liaise with the production team to impart the information from the original tender sharing the information and sketches that enabled the tenders to be produced.
To update live costs with variation information
Estimator Position Requirements
Estimation experience on joinery and fit out projects.
Relevant construction HNC, HND, NVQ or Degree qualification or qualified by experience.
Based locally or within a commutable distance to Portsmouth.
Estimator Position Remuneration
Salary: £30k - £50k (DOE-Guide only)
