Procurement Consultant in Newcastle upon Tyne - iO Associates

We are working with a Global Professional Services Company who are on the look out for a Procurement Consultant to join their team.
The role will be hybrid based out of my clients Newcastle Office.
Your role will involve,
The delivery of end-to-end procurement processes
Supporting clients every step of the way with commercial activity
Taking the lead on strategic negotiations

Strong history of delivering end to end procurement projects, whilst running high functioning teams
Strong understanding of commercial strategy
Experience of working in a strategic procurement environment
Strategic sourcing
Strong professional experience across multiple sectors, e.g. utilities, defence & transport or public sector experience
Strong stakeholder engagement expertise and adaptable approach
Holding an industry recognised qualification, i.e. CIPS, OJEU or MCIPS
Due to the sensitive nature of some of the clients/projects you will be working on you will need to be SC Cleared for this position.
