We are looking for a Clinical Lead (RGN / RMN) to work in a BRAND NEW luxury nursing, dementia and residential care home in Cambridge. This comes with a salary of £27.50 per hour (£57,200 per annum) and excellent benefits!
As the Clinical Lead You will be working supernumerary hours, Monday - Friday 9 - 5 so you will have amazing work life balance!

Supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursing home
Leading the care team and forming strong relationships with residents, relatives and MDT
Responsible for delivering the highest standard of care and taking responsibility in the HM's absence, supervising and coaching colleagues.

A qualified Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC number and
A good knowledge of the most up to date clinical practices
Experience in a care home setting
