Salary: £35,000 per annum DOE + company vehicle
Overview:

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage daily schedules, collect insulation materials, and conduct risk assessments.
Install loft insulation, fit eave trays, raised storage boards, and remove pre-existing insulation.
Communicate issues to the Install manager and maintain exceptional customer service.
Ensure completion of necessary documentation and post-installation evidence / photographs is supplied correctly and on time.
Adhere to industry and company quality standards for all work.
Maintain safety protocols, including van, ladder, and PPE checks,
Complete draft-proofing to loft hatches.
Install insulation materials in residential and commercial buildings
Measure and cut insulation materials to fit specific areas
Use hand tools and power tools to complete insulation projects- Work with a team to complete projects within specified deadlines
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in insulation installation.
Knowledge of insulation materials and their applications
Must hold NVQ 2 In loft insulation or working towards
Advantage if the candidate holds NVQ 2 in Cavity wall Insulation / extraction or has experience.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labour for extended periods
Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude towards customers
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
