Area Sales Engineer in Wakefield - CV-Library

White Label are working with a leading manufacturer of material testing equipment in their search for an an experienced Area Sales Engineer.

As the Area Sales Engineer, you will cover Scotland, the Northeast and down to Leicester.

The Role of the Area Sales Engineer:

* You will be responsible for growing existing accounts and developing new business

* All of the new enquiries come from the website, so there won’t be any cold calling as the business development will be following these enquiries up

* You will be responsible for managing your own diary and ideally be aiming to visit customers 4 days a week and 1 day working from your home office.

* Responsible for producing quotes and following those up

* Keeping the CRM up to date

* A large part of the role is finding out what machine and attachment the customer may need.

As the Area Sales Engineer, you will have:

* Proven track record in technical sales

* Ideally have experience with materials testing

* Must have come from a mechanically engineering background

* Be comfortable doing demonstrations with customers

* Be highly driven

* Ability to manage your own workload

Salary and Package details:

* Up to £38k

* Uncapped commission structure in place
