Embedded Software Team Lead in Great Malvern - CV-Library

Randstad are currently working with a world leading company in Malvern who are on the lookout for an Embedded Software Team Leader. In this role, you'll lead the Embedded Software team developing their family of hardware charging technology at an exciting time for the business. They have recently won a number of industry awards and have no plans of slowing down.

They're looking for;

- Significant experience of leading teams of embedded firmware developers (team size circa 10 engineers/senior engineers)

- Fundamental understanding of the embedded development process from Low level "bare metal"

- Firmware development through to Embedded Linux applications

- Experience using agile tools and methodologies in an embedded context (Jira, Scrum etc.)

They need someone who is able to be in the Malvern office 3 days a week.
