The Key Duties of the Sales Administrator

Provide a right first time service to internal and external customers over the phone and via email.
Provide accurate quotations and pricing to new and existing customers.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure the customer is updated regularly with progress.
Enter and manage accurate information within the CRM system.

The Key Requirements of the Sales Administrator

Experience within manufacturing/production within a contract manufacturing environment beneficial.
Excellent communication skills.
Great attention to detail and ther ability to problem solve where required.
