About the Role:

As Account Executive you will support the Senior Account Executive on nurturing new and developing existing relationships across our client and supply chain network to facilitate the company’s continued growth.

Training will be provided to upskill both hard and soft skills required to perform responsibilities associated with the company’s CRM platforms, Business Development, Multi-Channel Marketing (email, telephone, in person, social media) and subject matter expertise in the company’s domain.

Responsibilities:

Support the Senior Account Executive to fulfil responsibilities created from the new end to end business development and marketing strategies formed.
Initiate introductions and network with the company’s client base and supply chain using a multi-channel approach (email, telephone, in person, social media).
Help with the creation of content on the company’s social media platforms.
Participate in market research activities to identify potential target markets, customers, and trends.
General support as required to assist the Account Executive
Experience and Skills Required:

Previous experience in a client/customer facing role.
Possess knowledge of Marketing/Business Development processes.
Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Salary and Benefits:

£25,000 - £30,000 basic salary (negotiable depending on experience).
