This is one of a small chain of a handful of gastro pubs. This busy pub is individually styled and offers freshly prepared quality food.

The successful Chef de Partie will have:
* Have at least 18 months experience in a similar role

* An ability to thrive in a busy kitchen environment
* Own transport
