My client in Leighton Buzzard is looking for a CNC machinist due to expansion.

Job Type: Full-time (Monday – Friday)

The Role: As a CNC Machinist, you will not only be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC machines but also for assisting the development of the next generation of machinists, ensuring high-quality production, and meeting tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the supervision of a team of CNC machinists, providing guidance and support.

* Program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts. (heidenhain / OneCnc)

* Ensure all machined components meet strict quality and safety standards.

* Train and mentor machinists on new techniques and best practices.

Requirements:

* Extensive experience as a CNC Machinist.

* Proficient in advanced CNC programming and operation.

* Proficient in quality and inspection procedures.

* Excellent communication and organizational skills.

* Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Salary: 18ph
