Then this could be the opportunity for you! We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Manager or Associate Director to drive the growth of our UK technology recruitment team.

The Opportunity
This is a rare and unique opportunity to join an established boutique technology recruitment consultancy at a senior leadership level. In this hands-on role, you will report to the Company Directors, leading a team of high performing technology recruitment professionals as we embark on our next phase of growth across the UK region.

You will still be very much hands on, bringing in new client opportunities, networking and building upon existing client relationships.

Business Manager / Associate Director – What you’ll be responsible for…

* The opportunity to lead, manage and develop a team of recruitment professionals with responsibility for further expanding the team across the UK region

* Maximising existing sales opportunities by leveraging accounts and actively engaging with key decision makers across our client portfolio

* Leveraging the value of your already extensive network to generate new business opportunities for both yourself and your team members

* Coaching and mentoring the team, attracting and hiring our future talent and delivering organic promotion opportunities for the team

* Defining and executing sales strategy to drive continuous performance, using your own ideas on how to engage with the tech community and shape our solutions to meet the evolving needs of our customers

What you’ll need…

* Previous experience as a Recruitment Team Leader or Billing Manager within the Technology market

* Strong track record in both personal revenue and developing team members

* Previous 360 recruitment experience and proven sales / business development skills

* Strong influencing skills with the ability to establish credibility and rapport with the team and internal/external stakeholders

* A desire to network at senior leadership level, facilitating online and in person events across the tech community

* Previous experience managing recruiters with varying levels of experience
