Your new company
This well-established and successful organisation is seeking an administrator to join their team. They're based in Altrincham, close to public transport links.
Your new role
You will be responsible for providing administration support to the office and sales team, including answering incoming calls from customers and handling queries, updating the in-house system, using Excel to help provide quotes to customers, collating information for documents to be sent to customers, processing orders, processing paperwork and any other ad-hoc duties needed by the team.
This role can also be part-time (4 days a week) or have shorter hours across 5 days.

What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience within administration will help you succeed in this role. You're a confident individual who enjoys working in a lively and fast-paced environment. You are an excellent communicator and can work with varying levels of the business. You're organised with great attention to detail too. You can use Excel and can pick up new systems and processes with ease. You will be able to access the office in Altrincham.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a great salary of £24,000 depending on experience. You will also be able to work from home a couple of days a week once you have settled into the role. Other benefits include a generous holiday allowance plus bank holidays and your birthday off and healthcare. Parking is available but limited.
