Job Opportunity: Accounts/Finance Assistant (6-Month Fixed Term Contract)

Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts/Finance Assistant to join their team and support the day-to-day operations of the finance department.

Key Skills and Requirements:

* Proficiency in Sage 200

* Previous experience with payroll processing

* Ability to manage company bank accounts effectively

* Experience in processing monthly salaries for OTML

* Strong capability in processing purchase invoices and sales debit notes

* Preparation of payment runs

* Proficient in credit control procedures

* Familiarity with journal preparation

* Competency in bank reconciliation tasks

Additional Details:

* Contract Type: 6-month fixed term, with potential for extension

* Work Arrangement: Hybrid (mix of remote and in-office work)
