Main responsibilities consist of:

Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the collection team.
Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and legal regulations pertaining to debt collection.
Monitor and analyse customer accounts to identify outstanding debts.
Develop and implement effective recovery strategies.
Provide guidance and support to the collection team.
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on collection activities.
Communicate effectively with customers and resolve any disputes.
Contribute to the overall customer service objectives of the company.Profile

An ideal candidate will have:

A degree in business, finance, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of collection regulations and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office.
Previous experience in sales or collections preferred
Negotiation experience in financial sector also considered.
Excellent questioning and negotiating skills

Strong work ethic and initiative & ability to work towards target.Job Offer

Basic salary of £22,000.
Commision & bonus scheme OTE upto £35k.
Monthly completion bonuses of £750.
