About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the administrative functions of our organization. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our services, ensuring that our clients receive the support they need to lead fulfilling lives.

Responsibilities:

Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
Assist in the coordination of meetings, appointments, and events.
Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
Support the management team with various administrative duties, including drafting correspondence, preparing documents, and maintaining spreadsheets.

Requirements:

Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
