Manage and oversee supplier relationships, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
Develop and implement strategic purchasing plans for goods and services.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure best possible prices and terms.
Coordinate with internal teams to forecast future product needs.
Monitor supplier performance to assess ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
Participate in the development of specifications for products and services.
Manage and resolve issues relating to purchase order claims and contracts in a timely manner.Profile
A successful Buyer should have:
