As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented Business-to-Business Account Manager to foster strong relationships and drive growth within our B2B client base.
As a Business-to-Business Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing key client accounts
- Nurturing existing relationships
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for our B2B clients, understanding their unique needs and objectives to deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations. This role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for driving business success.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
Understand clients' business goals and challenges to effectively position our products/services as solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products/services and resolution of any client issues or concerns.
