Menzies Distribution are looking for an experienced Stock Manager to join our team. You’ll be working on behalf of Menzies Distribution Limited and its customers. Providing a first class service with our MDS team in East Kilbride, this role is based on a 42.5hr week - Monday-Friday - 08.00 - 17.00.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Responsible for all Stock management through WMS Access Delta
Manage stock flow for all customers stock stored onsite
Generate invoices and weekly charges for all customers
Liaise with customers on stock discrepancies and detailed stock investigations conducted through WMS Access Delta
Monitor and ensure all WMS functions are being used by users within the warehouse
Raise POs for agencies and consumables
Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports and KPIs
Organise and Plan stock checks for all customers stored onsite
Conduct book to book stock checks and liaise with customers with reconciliations etc.
Oversee the warehouse desk and allocate tasks
Ensure stock is compliant with BRC standards
Part of the BRC committee
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Be IT (PC) literate
Highly competent and have a strong organisational ability
Excellent communication skills
Good Business acumen, with the ability to produce and understand Finance and Management Reporting
