Branch Manager - Scania Southampton Salary starting from £50,000 plus excellent benefits package including, a car scheme, company bonus scheme, competitive pension scheme and many more!

As a Branch Manager, you are an excellent people manager who is committed to exceeding customer needs, while achieving the branch financial and operational targets. To be a successful Branch Manager, you are an engaging leader who is passionate about inspiring and developing your team of talented Technicians, Service professionals and Parts Specialists.

You will be a proven leader, champion health, and safety within your branch, take pride in developing your team and ensure profitability via customer satisfaction.

It is essential that you are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing the branch and building excellent working relationships with both internal colleagues and external customers. Having a keen eye for detail, the ability to interpret the story behind the data and implement positive change, is an essential part of your role.

Experience within the automotive sector will be an advantage, but not essential.
