24-7 Recruitment are looking for a Transport Administrator to work with a well-known logistics company in Bicester OX26.
As a Transport Administrator, you will be part of a successful team who are committed to supporting a high-profile customer. This is a critical role within the operation and directly contributes towards the efficiency and effectiveness of the team and operation.

Your duties will be:
Managing a team of drivers and communicating with them throughout the shift to mitigate any risk of delays.
Pre-briefing and de-briefing drivers, ensuring drivers leave with correct paperwork and equipment to carry out job effectively.
Dealing with a variety of internal and external customers via phone and email within tight deadlines.
Responsible for upholding and promoting transport compliance in line with company O Licence obligations.
This includes -
- Vehicle defect reporting
- Tacho downloads at the end of driver shifts
- Inspections and services are completed in line with operational schedules.
Liaising with warehouse operations to ensure a smooth running operation.
Various other transport-related tasks.
Working 4 on 4 off
6am till 6pm
£15.25 per hour

Experience with Microsoft packages
