Are you the right person for the job?

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus
What will your role look like?

Develop and manage relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
Meet and exceed sales targets through effective account management and strategic selling
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients
Keep abreast of industry trends and market conditions to provide informed solutions
