JOB TITLE: Sales Administrator - Permanent

HOURS: 9am-5:30pm, Mon-Fri, 1hr lunch

LOCATION: Royston - half an hour outside Cambridge

SALARY: £24,000 per annum

START DATE: Jan 2024 - Interviews in December

TERM: Permanent

Office Angels are delighted to support our Client in Royston who needs a Sales Administrator to join their fantastic team! Our client is a creative, innovative international business that really supports the growth of their team. You will be in an open-plan office with a friendly team to support you!

As the Sales Administrator you will:

Provide first-class customer service to both businesses and individuals - both over the phone and via email
Sales order inputting - training will be provided for the systems
Supporting with order queries
Meeting and greeting clients in the office and external events
Arranging couriers for sample products to be sent to prospective clients
Other administrative duties as the business requiresTo be successful in this role you will:

Have previous experience within administrative or office-based role
Confident with Microsoft Office packages, experience with Pegasus Opera 3 would be a benefit but not essential
Be a confident communicator who is not afraid to ask for help
Have fantastic customer services skills, and the best communication, both written and verbal
Knowledge of time management and prioritising your workload
Want to be a part of a team, and support other team membersThe offer!

A salary of £24,000 per annum

25 days holiday + bank holidays (this is inclusive of 3 days for the Christmas shutdown period)
