We are working with a leading waste management operator to source a Senior Development Manager. In this role, you will play a key role in developing, negotiating, agreeing and implementing new contracts for municipal collections, street scene and recycling services. This will include pre-qualification stages, restricted tender processes, procurement through competitive dialogue and where appropriate negotiated contracts and/or extensions to contracts. You will liaise closely with other departments within the business such as Estates, Engineering, SHEQ, Legal, Finance and Operations. Applications are invited from candidates with a proven track record of successfully bidding for municipal waste contracts to include the preparation of technical, financial and legal documentation.
