Hourly Rate: £12 per hour
Hours: To work all home matches for the 23/24 season (inclusive of Premier League, Cup games & Europa League games)
Location: American Express Stadium, Brighton

Be a part of delivering exceptional customer service on a matchday
The inclusion room is a safe and reassuring space where supporters who may struggle to sit within the main stands, can enjoy football. We are recruiting for a pool of workers to join us a Matchday Inclusion Room Assistants. You will meet with inclusion room attendees and their carers on matchdays and provide support for to ensure a safe and enjoyable matchday. After the final whistle, you will ensure our fans leave the inclusion room safety and ensure the room is left clean and tidy.
About you
You will have previous experience of working with people with additional needs. In this role you will be required to communicate with attendees and their carers, so it is essential that you have excellent communication skills.
Due to the nature of the role, it is unlikely that you will be able to watch the match - please be aware of this if you are currently a season ticket holder.
