Rate: £11.50 per hour (40hrs a week)
Monday - Friday, 8AM till 4PM

The Opportunity
Here is your chance to join the largest recruitment business in the UK as a Recruitment Account Coordinator. In this role you will supply temporary workers to our clients incredibly successful retail warehousing operation in Stoke.
To thrive in this role, you’ll be customer focused, committed to providing the best possible service and a natural problem solver. Experience in an on-site recruitment environment would be great but is by no means essential. If you have transferrable skills, we can train you on all the elements you need to be successful in this role.
What you’ll do as Recruitment Account Coordinator
This role is all about pace, helping candidates find the best jobs, problem solving and maximising the candidate experience and working environment. This is an incredibly diverse role which will undoubtedly keep you on your toes, below is just a selection of what you can expect:
Fulfillment of staffing requirements to meet client deadlines
Recruitment, selection, and onboarding of workers
Inputting and checking data for weekly payroll ensuring the information is accurate
Taking responsibility for administrative processes such as absences and change requests
Managing compliance requirements and keeping secure records for audit purposes
Providing a positive customer experience, dealing with any worker queries quickly and efficiently

As part of this role, you can expect to further enhance skills related to client management, relationship management, hiring and staffing processes and performance improvement identification, amongst a whole host of other areas. You’ll need to quickly adapt to changing priorities and be a problem solver

You will ideally have experience within the recruitment industry, although this is not essential
You’ll have a growth mindset, always on the lookout for new ways of working while you fulfil the needs of both your client and customers
You’ll be a relationship builder, confident building and maintaining relationships with both clients and customers
Most importantly though, you’ll be tenacious, driven and flexible with a great attitude towards delivering an excellent service.
