As an Insurance Account Executive with is in Manchester, you will play a pivotal role in our agency's success by effectively managing client relationships and delivering tailored insurance solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to acquire and retain clients while ensuring their insurance needs are met and exceeded, either in person or face to face.
Key Responsibilities for our Account Executive in Manchester:
Identify and target potential clients in Sheffield and nearby regions.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high client retention rates.
Analyse clients' existing insurance policies and provide expert advice.
Recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options.
Customize insurance solutions to meet clients' specific requirements.
Effectively communicate the value of insurance coverage and benefits.
Close sales deals and process policy applications.
Handle claims inquiries and provide support in the claims process.
Ensure policy documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and new insurance products.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in insurance sales, account management, or a related field is essential.
Strong knowledge of various insurance products, including but not limited to home, auto, life, and commercial insurance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in insurance software and tools.
Strong negotiation and sales skills.
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
