Andy File Associates Limited are working as a Recruitment Business on behalf of our client with regards this permanent part time position of Account Payable Administrator

The duties of the Account Payable Administrator will include:

• Matching Supplier POs with and processing purchase ledger invoices / credit notes / Purchase Ledger data entry

• Cost of Sale data management + Duty Deferment Account reconciliations

• Master data set-up / maintenance of suppliers

• Perform regular supplier statement reconciliations

• Resolve supplier queries

• Process weekly and ad-hoc payments and bank transfers where necessary

• Accounts Payable bank reconciliation

• Ensuring all proforma customer payments are added to the Sales Orders

• Provide and maintain information for Cash Flow forecasting

• Collating information and/or reports for auditors if required

• Other general ledger duties and transactions

• Supporting the office team with any other ad hoc duties and cover in times of absence

The ideal candidate will possess

• IT and Microsoft Office literacy and the knowledge of Khaos Control system would be an advantage

• Understanding of key accounting principles and procedures

• Team player and own initiative working

• Experience of the responsibilities in similar position

• Ability to work to tight deadlines

• High integrity and working standards as well as great attention to detail

• Desire to improve and succeed

Hours PT - 25 hours a week

Flexible on days and times

Salary : £25,000 pro rata
