The Office Solutions division of 24-7 People Solutions Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced New Business Negotiator on behalf of our client based in Cheltenham who offer bespoke commercial insurance solutions.
The duties of the role will involve:
* The purpose of this role is to obtain new business from our sub-broker partners based on their customers’ requirements.
* To negotiate new business and renewal terms with insurers and other insurance brokers
* To liaise with insurance companies and build relationships with our Wholesale Broker
* To calculate premiums using Insurer Portals
* To negotiate new business with insurers and other insurance brokers
* Manage business deals for companies or individuals by evaluating contract agreements and documents
* Negotiate terms with clients and customers, and resolving contract disputes.
* Be a point of contact for new clients and current clients
Hours of Work: (Office Based) Monday to Friday, 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
(1 hour lunch break)

In order to be considered for the prestigious role of the New Business Negotiator you will have a minimum of 2 years RECENT experience in the same of similar role within Insurance.
The right candidate will have previous insurance expereince and will have a level of understanding of commercial related insurance policies.You will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft, outlook, excel and word.A confident telephone manner and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Holiday: 31 days per annum including Bank Holidays
